Hotel Indigo Spring - Woodlands Area, an IHG Hotel

This is a great property for the price. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the location is off the interstate and very quiet. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything is very tasty and the staff is very helpful Since it is a small property, getting in and out is very easy, no lines at the elevator and the pool area is like your own private oasis most evenings!

The room was a lovely size. Very comfortable. There was also a wonderful outdoor area for walking our dogs. Plus, we enjoyed the restaurant. The bartender (young woman, petite) was especially professional and helpful.

I like that I was accommodated. They did not have a handicap room as requested but the manager was able to get me a shower chair and cut my nightly rate for the inconvenience. Overall good customer service.

It was clean and comfortable.

Check in, the staff was super amazingly friendly and didn't give us a Hassel when we tried to check in early.
